Your data rights

What you can ask us to do

If you have sent us an enquiry, a quotation request or an email, we hold some personal data about you. You can ask us to:

• Access my data. A summary of the personal data we hold about you and what we do with it.
• Correct or update my data. Tell us what is wrong or out of date, and what it should say.
• Erase my data. We delete it unless a law requires us to keep it, and tell you if so.
• Withdraw my consent. We stop using your details for the enquiry you consented to.
• Nominate someone. A person to exercise these rights for you in the event of death or incapacity. Give their name and contact.
• Raise a grievance. A complaint about how we have handled your personal data.

Making a request is free. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and does not affect anything we did with your data before you withdrew it.

How it works

1. Choose your request and send the form.
2. We email you a link. Click it to confirm the request is really yours. We do this so nobody else can see or delete your data by using your email address.
3. Our Grievance Officer replies within 30 days, and in any case within the 90 days the law allows.

You can also write to the grievance officer directly. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request or grievance, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Acting for someone else

A parent or lawful guardian may make a request for a child or for a person with a disability, and a nominee may act for someone who has died or is unable to act. Say so in the details box. We will ask for proof of your authority before we act.
