Two distinct filtration requirements arise within the same facility. Raw water intake carries silt, sand and biological matter in volumes that render manual cleaning impractical. The steam and condensate side requires coarse protection at elevated temperature under Indian Boiler Regulations.
Both requirements are supplied. Where the duty falls under IBR, equipment is constructed accordingly and the associated documentation is provided.
High solids and slurry duty with uninterrupted filtrate supply.
Wedge wire and disc edge, manual or motorised, to 50 micron.
Coarse filtration, screwed, flanged or butt weld ends.
Twin chamber with transflow valve, element change without shutdown.
Twin basket with transflow valve, uninterrupted flow on changeover.
Raw water treatment in MS, FRP and stainless.
Large bore automatic units are supplied for raw water intake duty, sized to accommodate high flow with minimal pressure loss. Elsewhere the standard range design covers the requirement.
Give us the line size, flow rate, fluid and operating conditions and we will engineer directly against them. Most enquiries are answered the same working day.
