Material selection governs service life in a chemical facility. Equipment that performs for a decade on one duty may fail within a year on the adjacent line, and the determining factor is ordinarily the grade of stainless steel or a lining decision taken at the quotation stage.
Provide the fluid, its concentration and the operating temperature alongside the flow rate. Clarification sought at the enquiry stage is considerably less costly than equipment specified against incomplete data.
Simplex and duplex, fabricated and cast, five micron and above.
Cast and fabricated pot type, for pump suction and line duty.
Single and multi bag, side and top entry, size 1 and size 2.
Single and multi cartridge, fine filtration for liquids and gases.
Wedge wire and disc edge, manual or motorised, to 50 micron.
High solids and slurry duty with uninterrupted filtrate supply.
Body and lining are selected against the process fluid and its concentration. Jacketed housings are supplied for viscous or crystallising duties.
Give us the line size, flow rate, fluid and operating conditions and we will engineer directly against them. Most enquiries are answered the same working day.
