Water Treatment · Design to Commissioning

Effluent and sewage treatment plants

Designed, fabricated, installed and commissioned for industrial facilities across India. The effluent analysis and the applicable discharge standard determine the treatment scheme, which is then engineered and built accordingly. Scope ordinarily comprises screening and equalisation, primary treatment, biological treatment, secondary clarification, and tertiary polishing through pressure sand and activated carbon filtration. Sludge handling and disposal arrangements are incorporated within the design.

Treatment Stages

Five stages, engineered to your effluent

The treatment scheme is built against your effluent analysis and the discharge standard you must meet, not supplied as a fixed package. The stages below are ordinarily included, engineered to the scale and characteristics of your effluent.

Screening & Equalisation Pre-treatment

Removes coarse solids and evens out flow and load variations before the effluent proceeds to primary treatment.

Primary Treatment Solids removal

Removes settleable and floatable solids ahead of biological treatment, reducing the load the biological stage must handle.

Biological Treatment Organic load reduction

Reduces dissolved and suspended organic matter through a biological process sized against the effluent characteristics.

Secondary Clarification Sludge separation

Separates treated effluent from biological sludge, with sludge handling and disposal arrangements built into the design.

FAQ

Common questions

From an effluent characterisation review of your wastewater and the discharge standard applicable to your facility. The treatment scheme is engineered against these two factors, not applied as a standard package, so send us your effluent analysis and the consent conditions you must meet.
Effluent characterisation and process design, equipment sizing with general arrangement drawing and P&ID, fabrication of tanks and vessels at our own facility, supply of pumps, blowers, dosing systems and instrumentation, erection, commissioning and operator training, and documentation supporting pollution control board consent applications.
Yes. Sludge handling and disposal arrangements are incorporated within the overall design, sized against the sludge volumes the treatment scheme is expected to generate.
Screening and equalisation, primary treatment, biological treatment, secondary clarification, and tertiary polishing through pressure sand and activated carbon filtration. The exact stages included depend on the raw effluent characteristics and the discharge standard to be met.
Yes. Documentation supporting consent applications to the pollution control board is prepared as part of the scope of supply, drawing on the process design and equipment specifications of the plant.
Yes. Annual maintenance and spares support is offered following commissioning, covering the equipment and filtration units supplied as part of the plant.
Plants are designed, fabricated, installed and commissioned for industrial facilities across India. Send us your industry, effluent characteristics and site location and we will confirm scope and timeline.
Yes. Tanks, vessels and filtration units are fabricated at our own facility, which keeps quality control and delivery timelines within our direct oversight.
